740ti turbo shot 700 1990

The turbo in my wife's 740 is destroyed. It started making noise about a week ago and yesterday it wouldn't create any boost. I checked the end play and the shaft and turbine (I don't know if that is the correct term) can be moved all the way to the housing of the turbo. My question is where is the best place and most economical to get a new one? It is a mitsubishi. I found a place on the internet that had one for 635 the other day when it started making noise, but I don't know how I found it or where it was. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Oh, and any tips about the intercooler would help too, I think it is pretty much full of oil. Does it need to be cleaned out or just drained. If it needs to be cleaned how to I go about it?
