I have a 1992 Volvo 960 wagon with Electronic Climate Control (ECC).
Symptom #1) My low water light comes on every 300 miles, #2)I smell coolant (sweet odor) especially under hard acceleration, #3) The window fogs a little after shut down if its cool outside.
OK, assuming its the heater core, do I really have to pull the entire flow control box to get at this thing. If the whole box has to come out, Id have to disconnect all the air-conditioning hoses as well Jeeez!
Please Tell me this isnt true.
