Shop-Vac Turbo??? 200

I know this is going to be a dumbass question, but would type of boost would a shop-Vac give? would it do anything? I have a craftsmen 5.5 HP vac, and it blows pretty damn good. Would it do anything like boost for the engine?

P.S. This is a question from a guy that has never worked on a turbo, and has too much time thinking about different ideas.
