startup idle issue 200

Hi,

Upon start up the the idle is normal for a second or so then jumps up about in rpm for a few seconds and comes back down to normal. Sometimes it stalls as soon as I hit the gas. When it start it up again it idles fine and will not stall again.

Any ideas?
