lost the shift interlock, turn signals, AND power windows 700 1991

Just yesterday, my 91 740 shift interlock failed. I pulled the manual release, went home and replaced the 15 amp fuse. I started the car and was able to take it out of park and drive it. I lowered the windows. And parked the car.

When I returned I the fuse was blown again and the shift interlock, turn signals, AND windows would not work.

The power windows are on a different fuse,and that fuse is OK.
