Flushing the garbage orange antifreeze out and replacing it with the good stuff.... 200 1987

I put some of that crap orange antifreeze that you may have seen at autozone in my 245 about three years ago only to find out recently that the stuff is garbage, and can do harm, even though it says on the bottle that it won't damage the aluminum parts. A mechanic that I know says that he is having major engine problems with crown vics' with this crap in them from the car makers. Anyway, how do I completely get this stuff out? I don't mean just drain the block and the radiator, but get all the residueand everything out.
