M47 rebuild--parts, swap? 200

I have a good 89 245 with a bad M47 5 speed manual. The transmission is out and taken apart, and it appears the bearings are bad, but the shafts are good. I also need a clutch.

Volvo parts are about $750, according to the shop, for a clutch pack and the bearings. Does anyone know of a good, solid aftermarket source for these parts? Does anyone know of a good, solid, used M47 for sale?

Any tricks to this rebuild job? The shop here is good, but we don't have many Volvos in town, and this is likely his first rebuild of this trans.
