Hello, everyone. I just bought a CD changer, *FM modulated type*, to add to my original equipment Alpine TD-6141 radio/cassette. I added the matching Alpine equalizer earlier this year by attaching the red power lead to the cigarette lighter power and the black ground wire to the frame. It all works great. Now I want a CD changer. What I would like to ask is this: On the little white box adapter, I have two wires to hook up, a red one to "accessory" and a yellow one to "Battery" and black ground wire. They look like they would plug directly in to a harness. Is this possible or do I need to cut and splice? Since I already have the EQ connected to the lighter, I don't think I should go the same route. Sorry to sound confusing. The AIWA instructions aren't that good and there are no diagrams to speak of, as to wiring. I've managed in the past, with some very simple, obvious wiring tasks, but once a wire is cut, it's cut, and I don't want to do damage. I am hoping that there is a very easy answer**.
**I am keeping my old Alpine as long as it works, which it does.
Thanks, I appreciate any help, as always.
