Fluctuating Idle when Cold Engine 200 1987

Hi: Have a 1987 24o Wagon, Auto Trans, B230F engine. 176,000 miles.

In the morning when the car is started the idle fluctuates alot. By hundreds of rpm. When car warms up it seems to be ok. All duct work and vacumn hoses are in good shape, Have a new air filter, also new fuel pump relay and new fuel filter. New coolent temp. sensor, also.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
