Cam Timing? 200

Loosened the timing-belt cover. I can line up the cam to it's notch and the crankshaft pulley to the timing marks, Is 0 TDC?


Now if indeed I discover that the cam has jumped a tooth. Can anyone key me in to the details of remounting the belt. Or give me a link to somewhere that can
