LH 2.4 Jetronic ( ECU ) Engine B230 F3 200 1989

The 2.4 Jetronic does not give pulses to the injectors. With the ignition on,the injectors are open like under fulspeed driving . I checked every wire connection between the ECU and EZ116 K ( Ignition Modul ) and all the sensors,everything is OK.The engine starts ,but after seconds it stalls because it gets to much fuel.The Diagnosis system (Pin 6 ) gives the code 1-4-4 what means no load signal.The replacement of the Jetronic 2.4 with a secondhand one did not change the situation.I have replaced the cooland sensor ,throttle position switch( all new parts ).The Airmassmeter , pin 3 reeds 1.3 Volt with ignition on ,and 2.5 Volt in starting position.This situation has develloped without any signs from one day to another day.
Has anyone solved a similar problem ?
