Consider yourself warned... engine specs for my v8 swap on my bertone. 200 1980

Saturday I am going to dallas to pick up my engine for my 1980 262 Bertone Coupe... here are the specs

350 4 Bolt Main "Hecho En Mexico" Block (5% more nickel) and has been magnafluxed, vatted, and bored .30 over making it 355ci
Forged Crank
6" Scat I-Beam rods
Forged JE Flattop pistons
Ported Double Hump heads with 2.02/1.60 valves and tripple valve springs to withstand a .610+ lift cam. compression with these on the engine is 10.1-10.5.1
Solid nitrous cam custom grind .590/.590 lift
Oil pan is a Moroso 7 quart pan with aftermarket moroso pump/pickup.

so I get all that for $1600... still need to get an intake and carb and distributor but that will come next paycheck. I'm looking at using an 800cfm or 850 cfm holley carb on there.. I'm considering cutting a hole in my hood for a nice big shiny chrome hilborn style air scoop with butterfly valves and all that cool stuff.

I'm going to put a 700r4 behind it with a high stall torque converter so I can stop the car without it dying. That cam has so much lift that my car would still move with my brakes on at idle becuase i'm going to have to have a high idle to keep that thing from stalling.

If anyone has a set of the IPD V6 swaybars they wanna sell or anyone wants to buy a running PRV-V6 engine with a tranny contact me.. I'd say you'd have to be crazy to want one but i guess an actual running prv-v6 is kinda a rare sight.. maybe some gotta keep it original bertone person is in need of an engine.. the engine itself is ok.. it had been rebuilt about 25,000 miles ago.. the problems it has are vacuum leaks that i don't care about fixing and the fuel distributor or something is crappy.. I don't want it.. if someone wants to gimme ssome cash for it they can take the damn thing. I may just part it out and sell individual pieces.. prolly make more that way.

The v8 is in an s-10 right now.. im going to dallas saturday to drive it around and see what I think.. then the guy is gonna pull it and I'll pick it up sunday and then cruise back to austin and tear out the old v6 and start hammering away while I get enough cash for my tranny.
