AC Recharge Valve on 91 745 Turbo 700 1991

Could someone tell me the exact location of the AC recharge valve on a 1991 745 Turbo?

I know it is on the dryer, but my car has two valves with twist off caps on it.
One valve is pointed to the firewall and is in the rear of the dryer. The other valve is pointed to the sky and is located in front of the dryer. Which valve is the AC recharge valve.

PS. My AC is working and it is blowing cold air, but not as cold as it could be. The previous owner had the AC system evacuated and recharged with 2 lbs of freon three years ago. I have a 12 oz can of freon and a recharge hose. Given that it has been three years since the last recharge, I do not think one 12 oz can of freon is going to hurt, it can only help.
