OK, I'm almost that desperate - just set up my 940 with 16" alloys, Bridgestones, 25mm bars, Boge shocks, and now its her daily driver because her's won't start.
Our '90 760 started last night, not the usual 4 cranks, maybe 7, but it started and ran well. Just had the throttle body adjusted and cleaned (trusted shop?) for not-so-quick starting, but not sure it helped. Fuses OK, puel pump seems to engage, but no spark (plug wire near ground, cranked, nada). The general question from someone who has enough knowledge to quickly get in waist deep is: what do I check (and how) before calling the hook? relays, coil, etc., where do I start, etc.
Thanks in advance - my synapses are dying off while I wait.
