I think my engine vibration is from the flat motor mounts,the oilpan is resting on the the rubber block that is affixed to the cross member,I checked the harmonic balancer and the tdc mark is where it should be with #1 spark plug removed and piston on tdc compresson stroke.Is that rubber on the cross member a stand by to catch the engine if the mounts loose their filling?
