wont start 200 1982

i have aglt with b23engine.
was running exellent then fi wiring burnt up.
replaced it.checked it probably 5 times thinking i had done something
wrong.changed distributor.changed preasure reg .full of dirt.
cleaned and changed fuel distributor with the throttle plate.
changed plugs wires coil .fuel relays are all working.
i can see 2 marks on timing belt .they are lined up.
is it possible 3 jumped?
turns over fine sometimes sounds like it wants to start but wont.
iam pretty handy but dont know what else to do.
please help.
