unsiezing actuator can you help? QUICK! 200 1987

i found today the cause of my parking brake not working was due to a seized actuator. i am working on this at school (schools out now) but would like to know before tomorrow methods you can use to unseize it. i really dont want to buy a new one ( well two one for each side) Thanks alot!!
