my '90 740GL, B230F engine seems to be shifting too soon. It's shifting into 3rd at about 2200 rpm and goes directly to 4th. Turning off O/D will run in 3rd OK. I am considering starting with a fluid/filter change and going from there.

Any ideas?
By the way, getting terrible gas mileage!
