940 B230F Run rich....got 1-1-3 code unsolvable

Hi all there,
I got the lambda light on when start run to about 5-10 minutes. I try to clear out this warning lambda light by pull out the battery re attach the battery and start again.
It run with out lambda warning for awhile but after that this lambda warning show up again. Then I check for error code found to be 1-1-3

1-1-3* Fuel trim (lambda control) too lean or rich Mixture incorrect; O2S wiring fault High fuel consumption

What should be the cause of this problem..???
Now I use the car with this lambda goes on which eat very much fuel per kilometre.
I think the car run rich because I see a little black smoke and smell some kind of gas around the car.
