Axle pinion bolt - size? - 940 900 1993

Anyone know the size (head size) of the axle pinion bolt on a '93 945 (1041 differential)?
I'm going to replace my pinion seal, and have been reading all about this job in the archives and FAQ. I think I've seen the bolt described as "large"... I'd rather not get the drive shaft off & discover I don't have the right size socket.
