How do you get the door window trim off (the scraper on the bottom) 200

I want to take the trim off the bottom of the window. I think the door is from an old GL and it has a wide chrome strip that goes over the top of the door. Last time I took one off it had tabs bent around the window frame, but this one does not seem to have any. Is it put on with two sided tape? I don't want to damage the paint underneath if possible.
