1982 245 Wagon Third Seat Installation Instructions? 200

I purchased a third seat of ebay with all the hardware and I'm ready to install it but I am totally confused. Looks like I need to drill holes or maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Can anyone send me some instructions on how to install the third seat (srosqvist@hotmail.com).. It's the older kind with the non reel seat belts and it's going into a 1982 245 Wagon GLT.
