What Kind Of SAE Grade Need Help 700

Please help me. I need some advise about engine oil cause I'm really confuse about the synthetic vs mineral oil and the right SAE Grade. My volvo is 91' 74-0 Turbo and have 85k miles and never have any problem (I owned it for about 2 years). I live in Indonesia where the avg. temperature is 20-40 C. So, what do you think the right oil (SAE Grade etc.)currently i use AGIP Extra HTS fully sinthetic 5W-40. I appreciate any comment and opinion since i'm going to change my engine oil very soon.
