123GT- What's the difference??? Is it worth searching for one over a 'normal' 120 120-130

Just wondering the difference between the 122 2dr and 4dr to the 123GT? What's the big difference??? If the difference is that great, can you upgrade the non-123GT to an 123GT??

Just wondering because someone locally is selling a '67 123GT project car (seems to want more than a normal 122 project car). Just wanted to know if it's worth looking into or just continue working on my '66 2-dr.
