Just got 960, need advise. 900 1997

I bought 1997 960 3 months ago. Passenger side engine mount was changed.
After that, I feel the rattling in my steering and the gas pedal only when
the car is moving. My suspicion is that this is the wheel alignment?
And another thing- gas mileage is too high: 320m/20g in town!
Does somebody have any sugestions. Thank You.
