My mechanic says I need a new head gasket (and my volvo as well). I haven't changed one in about 20 years. Any special tools needed? I plan on soaking the exhaust manifold nuts with PB blaster for a few days. Should I align to top deap center before starting? I'll read the Bentley manual before starting, just thought I'd ask for some advice before starting. Any parts I shold buy ahead of time besides the head gasket?
