Why does my 740 a/c blow faster than my 745? 700 1990

I posted this question about six months ago and got no good answers. Here goes again. I have a 1990 740 and a 1990 745. The a/c/heater blower/fan runs faster and blows more air in the 740 than the 745. I have changed the fan switches around and the 740 still does better than the 745. Any ideas?
