Removal instructions for 740 seats?? 700 1989

Sad news, but not diasasterous: Wife wants my 93 245 and has given me her 89 740 sedan. It's OK, I guess...but the seats are trashed leather..I have the IPD cloth seat covers and need to remove the seats to recover them, but more importantly, to clean out the accumulated CRUD between the seats. My wagon of course was spotless.
How does one remove the seats of a 740?
