Can I put 240 Virgo wheels on a 740? 700 1989

I have a good set of Virgo Turbo 15" wheels and after I refinish them I plan to put them on my recently traded (wife wanted my 93 245 cuz of better AC) 89 740.
It presently has OEM steel 15" on it. Are the wheels compatible? Do I have to grind down some of the brake caliper?(Girling with 10.75" rotors)
