Help me make a 91 940 turbo wagon pull 4250 lbs. 900 1991

Dear Friends:

I want to beef up my 1991 Volvo 940 Turbo wagon to pull 4250 pounds worth of boat and stuff. The trailer is a tandem axle with surge brakes. The boat is a 21' Sea Ray. I don't want to have to buy a tow vehicle and need help to make this wonderful car pull the weight safely and securely.
