Chicago guys need some help please 900 1994

Hey guys,
I'm trying to get a new expansion tank cap for my 1994 940 Turbo. I noticed that eeuroparts.com have it for 3.90 so I figure with shipping I'll pay around 6-8 bucks. I went to a local swedish car parts place on Western (nice guys btw) and not only did they not have the right pressure rated cap, but they wanted 13.50 for it, which is not bad compared to the dealer and if it was the right rating. So my question to you Chicago area guys, do you know a place that has the caps for a price comparable to eeuroparts or should I give up and order from them. Thanks alot

BTW what would cause a cap to crack?
