Driveline thunk after clutch replacement 200

Just noticed it last night. When going over big bumps like a cattle guard, I can hear the driveshaft thunking against the floorpan, right between the seats. Center carrier bushing looked fine when I reinstalled it. Transmission did appear to be off-center upon reintallation though. I tried prying it back into the center of the tunnel but it wanted to stay over to the right side. I did notice a little separation of the right motor mount when the engine was leaning all the way back. Think new motor mounts would put the tranny back into the center of the tunnel and stop this noise?
