Key turns but no juice to starter 200 1987

My 240 ran fine earlier today, but now when you turn the key there is nothing except a click. Starter solenoid? I have been driving 240's for 25 years, but have never had a starter go bad or known anybody have one go bad. But I think it is not getting juice to the starter, so could it possibly be the ignition switch.
