Not a nice noise coming from the engine, oil light came on, along with a knocking sound from deep in the engine. I would quess a rod knock? Car has been just diagnosed as having bad combustion in cyclinder one, my mechanic suggests taking the head off, changing the head gasket. Could the head gasket leak have caused corrison leading to worn bearings?
