turbo compression ratio 200

What lowers the compression ratio of the turbo motor, a)larger volume combustion area in the head, b)raised deck area of the block, c)recessed pistons, or other?

I am compleatating installing a turbo head & all the plumbing on a non turbo block. Maybe i am crazie!!!!
