93 turbo clocks 700

does the instrment panel on a 93 turbo cause any problems?,i presently have loads of trouble with my instrument panel on my 1990 740glt which i am going to turbo at some point, i have the engine bay wiring loom and clocks from a 93 740 turbo which i need to instal prior to fitting the turbo etc wondering if it would be worth while doing the wiring swap at this stage in order to get rid of my dash problems,any advise greatly appreciated.
