21mm front bar? 200 1992

I just measured the thickness of the front sway bar on my '92 245 thinking I'd find either a 19.5mm or a 23mm bar. What I found was 21mm every way I tried it. The unit appears to be stock, but what do I know? Is 21mm actually the stock size?
