Having problem with OEMparts.com 200 1989

A Few weeks ago when I ordered some parts from VOLVO OEM PARTS.COM, which advertizes in this Volvo community website, I had difficulties getting any shipping status. When I receive the parts I found out not only they charged a hidden charge, that disguised as tax that shouldn't be any because the vendor is Florida and I'm in NJ, they shipped one of the part wrong. The wrong part was promptly returned to the vendor with the vendor approved athorization.

Now it has been 2 weeks since the return and I still have not received proper credit. And what anger me most is that the company ignores all my messages in attempt get any kind of stutus of the return.

Did anyone have similar problem with the VOLVO OEM PART.COM? Or is this just particular to my case? As far as I'm concerned I'd like to recommend the reader of this message to stay away from this company.

Yong
