non turbo, to turbo, engine swap 200 1985

HI, I have a 1985 245 B230 with AW70 automatic tranny, and a 1981 244 turbo with M46, i also have a spare B21FT. The engine in the wagon seized this afternoon. I was wondering if anyone knew if the B21FT would fit with the automatic tranny (any modifications necessary?). Thanks alot.
