Adding gauges/changing radio location 200 1990

Hi, this is my first message. I recently acquired a dream car of mine: A 1990 240DL wagon. My questions are: 1.) My volvo didn't come with any extra gauges and I wanted to know if I could buy and mount one of the 3 gauge clusters above my AC vents and 2.) With an install kit, can I relocate my radio to the lower dash position which is now the small storage space? If I can do these things, is it a hard mod, concerning a lot of wiring? Thanks in advance, I've enjoyed reading messages here for some time and I'm glad to finally be an owner myself.
