WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS SEAT BELT FOR--??

I picked up a brand new seat belt-for a Volvo-in a box--lots of numbers on the box and the belt bracket--got it at a yard sale--the sellers did not know exactly what model Volvo it is for either-they just "somehow" had it and never owned a Volvo-but what the heck--only $3 so I took a chance. Anyway--the belt itself is black -grey bracket---has all the stuff including the bracket--the box is Volvo -blue and white- Volvo part number 1388224-6. "Location" 5410B 2 . The sticker on the belt bracket says "Volvo 1388213 59494 90-90-C ALS 89-11-09. Date of manufacture--printed on the belt itself -is 894702--whatever that means. The metal "bayonet" part that locks into the part that would be beside your seat has stamped "BHF 17". I called the local Volvo dealer parts--gave them that info-they could not identify it in their books, which I thought is strange.. has a few more writings but nothing that seems it would help identify it exactly-Anybody got an idea what this belt fits?? Thanks.
