Freon 134a Retrofit 200

I just got my AC converted over to 134a and to be honest it doesn't seem to be all that great, but maybe it is to my inefficient vents. I get about 57-60 degrees out of the vents. What are you guys getting with 134a in your system?
Also is there anyway to make it colder?
