ZF to AW71 tranny conversion 700 1986

My parents have a 740 wagon with a ZF tranny, I found a AW71 tranny (it's good with documentation)could someone tell me what I will need to convert one tranny to another? what to look for at the junk yard please give detailed list. thanks for any help you give me!!!!!
