Turbo vs NA.....when will i notice? 900

Hi all, as some of you know I have a 93 944T. I'm looking to add another 944 or 945 to the lineup (finally sold the hyundai...don't ask). I'm debating between turbo and NA. Obviously NA is cheaper.....the question is are they both just as reliable ( i know the NA uses a diff transmission and electrical system) and the big question is when/where will i notice the difference in power between the turbo/na? Will i notice in city driving? Or is it on the highway....if its on the highway, can i at least get good speed?
