940T ALWAYS dies after 1st start of the day??? 900 1993

(This only happens the VERY 1st start of the day...)

My '93 940T starts just fine in the morning, but when I go into gear (doesn't matter which one) the poor thing DIES!! Then, if I immediately start the car again, it runs just great for the rest of the day. This happens EVERY morning unless I idle for 5 minutes or so.

I've cleaned the throttle body - no change.
I've checked the AMM - looks fine
Can't find any other hose/vacuum leaks anywhere.

Any thoughts?
