Front Brake calipers STILL rattling 700 1989

Replaced the sliding pins of the Girling front calipers on my 89 nonABS 740 sedan with 130K miles. I've also replaced the axle/bearing hubs with new ones from FCPGroton last year.
Used PBR pads also.
Still have annoying rattling that occurs on uneven road surfaces. It goes away whenever I put pressure on the brake pedal (meaning the caliper is squeezing shut).
Do I need rebuilt calipers? New rotors?
