ECU differences? 200 1983

Cruising the boneyard today, I saw an 83 like mine with a new looking ECU. It looks like mine( I saw other models out there with different ones.)My unit has the # 0 280 000 503. The one I looked at had 0 280 000 510. With another # under it 1 346 563. My unit didn't have this seven digit #. If it plugs in, will it work or blow up my car? I have LH Jetronic 2.2 system.

What about the AMM also? If it looks the same, is it?I was gonna pick up one just to have a spare.
