I have the chance to buy 2 544's. I was told they are 59's but I have not been able to look at vin's yet, is there a way to tell from the outside? They have been sitting for at least 13 years, they are both very straight including bumpers on both front and back of both cars. The interiors are somewhat torn up from what I can see, all glass intact, headlights, rear lenses(on black one) clear bullet turn signals on both. I spoke with someone who knows the owner of both and they thought he would get rid of both for around $200 or so. How should I go about telling if this is going to be a good deal or not, what is good or bad about the 59's. I am new to the 544's but have always wanted one.
