#5 fuse-15 amp for clock, antenna, interior lights keeps blowing 700 1985

I'm beginning to think that I need to need to name the number 5 fuse in the block under the ashtray "Monica", as the damn thing constantly blows. I have tried using different fuses as well as dilectric grease, all to no avail. the fuse will last anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks, then it does a Monica. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Also, the wiring harness on the drivers left side of the engine is beginning to get long in tooth and I'm thinking about replacing it (there have already been electrical gremlins with the temp guage. Are these readily avilable?; how much do they cost?; are they a major pain in the ass to hook up?
