codes 113,231,221, and engine light 200 1989

245 dl with 200,000. codes have repeated many time over the last year. fuel injectors have been cleaned and tested. Finally I found a clogged throttle body.
After cleaning the car had no codes for 30 days. Last week I added some oil and took a Sunday drive. The same codes appeared after 10 miles. The car has
never dropped any oil on the carport until returning home from the drive. I did not over fill the oil. Is it possible there is a connection between adding oil and the codes? Any suggestions are appreciated.
